In addition to being a graduate student, I am currently a substitute teacher for the Concord School District, where I primarily work at Concord High School. I teach all subjects and grade levels. I have prior experience tutoring at the elementary and ESL levels, but I am qualified to teach Elementary, Middle, High school, College, and ESL. I took the SAT, and the AP test in Psychology, on which I received a score of 4 out of 4. I have studied for the GRE but never had to take it. In high school I took AP Psychology, AP U.S. History and Advanced Writing. I was a member of the National Honor Society and was selected as a Capitol Area Student Leader. I was also a recipient of the NH Woman Student-Athlete Award. In college I was on the Dean's List, and was an undergraduate Teaching Fellow for the University of Vermont, Department of Psychology. I was a Research Assistant in the Department of Anthropology. I was selected to be a member of a Problem-Based Learning Community, and was selected as a student delegate to go to Washington, D.C. I was Vice President of the Psychology Club at Fairfield University, and an Executive Club Member of the Students for Peace and Global Justice club. I want to be a tutor because I love children and adolescents, and I love to see them succeed in the classroom. I am patient, knowledgeable and creative. I have taken a wide range of courses and am qualified to teach most subjects.
